1. All shaft supports are roller bearings and shaft materials are alloy steel.
2. High precision, high strength transmission chain and forced lubrication.
3. Drum grooving. The high and low speed ends of the roller are ventilated air tire clutches. The brake wheel network (or brake disc) is forced cooled by circulating water. The surface is quenched by medium frequency which keeps good wear resistance and long service life.
4. Sprocket tooth profile is quenched by medium frequency. The shift clutches are involute spline gear clutches.
5. Main brake with brake or disc brake. Auxiliary brake can be equipped with electromagnetic eddy current brake (water-cooled or air-cooled) or Eaton brake.
